  • Rebecca & Kristy drive to San Antonio to check out a foreclosure that an investor friend scored at auction & is now trying to wholesale to them. The house is a stale time capsule from the 1970s complete with dirty shag carpet, a big termite problem.

  • Kristy and Rebecca ride their bikes to check out a two-story, abandoned house in the woods; it's an unfinished renovation that's seen better days, but with a low price and great comps, they see the potential.

  • Rebecca and Kristy take on a recently raided, abandoned house now up for sale at a very low price; a real hot mess, this eyesore is currently a raccoon den with a sagging roof and holes in the walls.

The 180-foot dock and attached deck need repairs, and both the kitchen and primary bath are gut jobs. But the team makes smart choices to turn this lusty lake house into a luxurious family retreat.

  • Kristy and Rebecca hike up their favorite nature trail to get a bird's eye view of a potential flip in the upscale community of Wimberley, Texas, which is known in the Hill Country for its big city wealth and small-town charm. The comps are great, but the bombardment of pink along with dated finishes and 1.5-acre lot pose unique challenges for the team to make big changes while staying under budget to attract niche buyers who are looking for their forever home.
