    Essential ($25/month): 70+ live channels and over 75,000 movies and shows on-demand. New users get a 7-day free trial!

    Bundle+ ($33/month): Includes all the channels and entire streaming library available in the Essential plan, the entire AMC+ library, and access to HBO Max Basic with Ads plan and discovery+ included.

    Both plans: offer 1-year unlimited cloud DVR, let you stream on up to 3 devices at once, create up to 10 profiles, and cancel anytime with no contract.

    Free Channels: Not ready to subscribe? You can also enjoy Free Channels with no credit card required—simply create your account and start watching.

  • Yes! You can record an unlimited amount of live or upcoming content to your cloud DVR and save them for up to a year. No equipment needed!

  • Bundle+ ($33/month) plan subscribers can activate their HBO Max Basic with Ads plan and discovery+ apps by visiting their Philo account page.

  • If you already have subscriptions to these apps and you're billed directly through HBO Max, discovery+, or both, you'll need to activate your new subscription through Philo using the same credentials from your current account. Once you've activated your new subscription through Philo, your existing subscriptions will automatically be cancelled.

    If your current subscription to HBO Max, discovery+, or both is billed through another provider, visit the HBO Max Help Center or discovery+ Help Center for instructions on how to manage that subscription.
  • After signing up for the Bundle+ plan, visit your account page and select Manage Plan. There, you can add HBO Max Standard or discovery+ ad-free add-on to your subscription.

    You'll be able to enjoy HBO Max Standard add-on in two ways:
    1. Watch HBO Max originals directly in the Philo app.
    2. Access the full ad-free library in the HBO Max app.

    You'll be able to enjoy discovery+ ad-free add-on directly in the Philo app.
  • There are no contracts, so you can cancel or restart your Philo subscription anytime. If you decide to cancel, you can continue watching by switching to our Free Channels plan.
  • HBO Max:
    • Sign up for the Bundle+ ($33/month) plan.
    • Go to your Philo account page and follow the steps to activate your HBO Max Basic with Ads plan account.

    discovery+:
    • Sign up for the Bundle+ ($33/month) plan.
    • Go to your Philo account page and follow the steps to activate your discovery+ account.
  • Philo is available across the US, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands.
  • Our live channels and on-demand content include ads, but both the Essential and Bundle+ plans include unlimited DVR that lets you record your favorite content and skip ads when you watch it later. To enjoy commercial-free content, you can add premium add-ons like STARZ, MGM+, and Hallmark+ to your subscription for ad-free streaming.
  • You can stream on up to 3 devices at a time and you can create up to 10 profiles on your account so each user gets their own personalized viewing experience and watch history.
  • Many of our customers use a TV antenna to complement their Philo package.

  • Yes! You can enjoy tons of premium television and movies by upgrading your Philo subscription plan with add-ons.

    • Hallmark+: Watch exclusive originals, reality shows, rom-coms, cozy mysteries, heartfelt dramas, and beloved holiday movies for an additional $8/month.
    • ALLBLK: Stream original series, independent films, nostalgic Black cinema, reality, and lively stage plays for $7 more per month.
    • Movies & More: Watch award-winning films, cult classics, celebrity stories, documentaries, and more - for $3 more per month.
  • Signing up through streaming devices or app stores (like Roku, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, etc.) includes additional platform fees, resulting in a higher price. Signing up directly through philo.com and managing your billing directly with Philo ensures that you'll always get the lowest price available.
  • Yes, if you’re using the same email that’s associated with your existing HBO Max Basic with Ads plan account. Once you activate your HBO Max Basic with Ads plan subscription through Philo, your previous watch history and preferences will be ready for you to enjoy right away.
