  • With the big community open house fast approaching, 721 Park is over budget and behind schedule; Pete races to finish construction, Konya and her team work to design a space that blends historical charm with a modern touch.

  • Konya's project, 630 Park Avenue, is a dilapidated Dutch Colonial with curb appeal; the inside needs more work than they bargained for; Pete takes on a huge project, a multi-million dollar entertainment center in downtown Beloit.

  • Konya and Connor show the half-done house to a potential buyer; Pete struggles to juggle the 630 Park renovation and the new entertainment center at the same time.
