  • Cappie and Alex create a one-of-a-kind escape by anchoring a sailboat into the South Dakota earth and crafting a three-sided dock for their landlocked boat-loving clients; it's a dry-docked dream with sunset views and zero waves.

  • Cappie and Alex relocate and restore a 120-year-old granary, transforming it into a rustic-yet-functional retail space for goat milk-based products -- honoring their clients' expanding farm with personal touches and plenty of space to grow.

  • Empty-nesters crave a magical place to reconnect -- so Cappie and Alex build a hot tub haven from a concrete drum base, complete with a custom burner, wraparound deck, and warm, glowing lights.

  • Cappie and Alex revive a structure that's deeply personal to both Cappie and his father; moving it to a new spot, they transform it into a nostalgic orchard hideaway with rocking chairs, heirloom trees and heartwarming history built into every wall.

  • Cappie and Alex create a stylishly sturdy retreat with stone-filled walls and frontier flair for a dedicated South Dakota cowgirl.

  • Years after their client's DIY raft sinks, Cappie and Alex reprise the dream with a custom floating retreat for the whole family, complete with shade, seating, a fishing nook and a fire pit for summer fun on the lake.

  • In South Dakota, Cappie and Alex transform a 20-foot shipping container into a stunning backyard space with barnwood accents, a misting system, and custom details -- creating a warm, inviting place to gather, relax, and celebrate.
