—"Orangutan Jungle School" follows a group of young endangered orangutans as they learn the skills they'll need to survive in the wild at a forest school for orphaned apes run by the Borneo Orangutan Survival Foundation in Borneo. These orangutans who have lost their mothers to poaching and deforestation progress through a series of classes and grade levels. The documentary series overflows with hilarious antics, emotional moments and dramatic cliffhangers as it showcases the incredible work being done by human caregivers to provide these young apes with a chance to survive in the wild.

  • "Class Clown" Valentino is busy showing off; the staff decide that "Big Boy" Beni needs to lose weight; teenage mom Clara and her baby Clarita face a return to island life; they welcome a new pupil: Alba, the only reported albino orangutan.

  • Kasper, who is 90kgs, somehow eludes the capture team and climbs 30 meters high in a tree; Beni's food theft and ongoing weight gain starts causing serious concern for his health.

  • Valentino, Yutris and the rest of group two have fun as they visit group three's flooded classroom; three quarantine infants get the results of their TB tests; the residents of Bangamat Island do not welcome newcomers leading to a confrontation.

  • Moving day arrives for the nursery school kids; Beni gets a beating from a bully; the socialization cage has a new queen; dominant male Pujon is still on a time-out after attacking Alba, but he's allowed a second chance to bond with his rival.
