As the daughter of infamous serial killer Keith Hunter Jesperson, aka the "Happy Face Killer," Melissa Moore found a way to help others in similar situations. After writing a memoir, "Shattered Silence: The Untold Story of a Serial Killer's Daughter," Moore began corresponding with family members of serial killers.
